Eating a small treat that can be a way to help ground ourselves during times of stress and anxiety. This is a mindful ttrpg experience to help ground you, bring you back to the present while also having a little treat.

What you'll need:

  • Up to four pieces of chocolate, or any other candy, or other treat
    • Can be from the assorted box of chocolate, pieces from a bar, Hershey Kisses, fruit gummies, crackers with cheese, or anything you may have around. The point is that it is a treat and indulgent for your palette!
  • This sheet
  • 1d6 (optional)
  • A place to write and a writing utensil (optional)
  • Around 15 minutes (more or less depending on how much time you spend on each reflection)

The game is free, but feel free to leave a tip or to donate to a local community organization .
